Chattahoochee Technical College has retained Credentials Inc. (TranscriptsPlus) to accept transcript orders online. You must submit an Official Transcript Request Form.

Prior to graduation, it is the student’s responsibility to submit their Petition for Graduation.

To check your financial aid status:

  1. Open BannerWeb
  2. Log in using your ID and PIN
  3. Select “Student Services and Financial Aid”

To view your Pell Grant award and other aid for the current term:

  1. Select “Award”
  2. Select “Award by aid year”
  3. Select “Current year”
  4. Click on the award overview tab

To view financial aid eligibility (required documents, holds, etc.):

  1. Select “Eligibility”
  2. Choose from the options available

To view student balances and authorized aid:

  1.  Select “Award”
  2. Select “Account Details for Term”

To view your Satisfactory Academic Progress Status:

  1. Select “Eligibility”

Any correspondence regarding your financial aid will always be sent to your student email. Please log on and check it often for current updates.

In order to apply for financial aid each student must complete the FAFSA each year.
In completing the FAFSA, you (and your parents, if required) will sign the application using a FSA ID. If you don’t have a FSA ID, you can create one when logging
in to the Federal Student Aid website. You will create a username and password. You will enter your email address, name, date of birth, Social Security number,
contact information, and challenge questions and answers.
Gather the information required to complete the FAFSA:

Your social security number and your parent’s social security numbers if you are a dependent.
Federal tax returns for the year prior to the academic year you are applying, including W2 information, for yourself, spouse if you are married, and for your
parents if you are dependent.
FSA ID

Complete your application at www.fafsa.ed.gov:

Enter all the necessary information. You may use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to input tax information.
If you need help, the side bar to the right will guide you through each question.
At the point where you have to list the schools you want to receive your information, you want to list the school code for Chattahoochee Technical School. That code is 005620. This will ensure that your application is sent to us electronically.
Submit your application.

Follow up on your FAFSA:

When your application is processed you will receive a SAR (Student Aid Report) either by email or mail. You should review your SAR for any necessary corrections or updates.
If you have been selected for verification you will need to provide additional documents to the financial aid office before financial aid can be awarded.
Log on to BannerWeb to check your financial aid status.

Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) cater to a variety of student interests to include political, social, cultural, professional, leadership, and technical venues related to programs of study.

The Event Calendar provides students with detailed information about student activities and events on campus.

Eagle Bucks are provided to students for attending and engaging in various on campus events. Students can claim their Eagle Bucks for a variety of prizes.

An assortment of wellness programs are offered on campus such as walking challenges, yoga classes, and awareness events. For more information, visit the Wellness.

E.A.G.L.E. Link is a platform to help engage students in their academic and social lives while attending Chattahoochee Technical College.

All students are encouraged to meet with their academic advisor prior to registering for classes. Registration is done in BannerWeb by using our Schedule Planner tool or manually inputting your course selections. Students may submit a Program Change Request Form to update their major for the upcoming term(s). The last day for a program change to be submitted is the last day of Final Registration for that term. This date falls on the Wednesday before the first week of the semester. It is recommended that students meet with an Advisor and Financial Aid

The purpose of transient study is to take coursework at other regionally accredited institution that directly transfers back in and applies to your CTC program of study. To be a transient student, you must be in Good Standing at CTC. You must submit a Transient Study Request Form if interested.
